Depending on what you are ordering you will need to get us the artwork. You can email us artwork that is smaller than 10Mb or you can upload the file to our FTP server with the information below. You can even drop by a disc if you're in the neighborhood.

File Preparation Tips
Platform
Mac files are strongly preferred, but we can work with PC files as well
Color
All files must be in CMYK colorspace. If PMS matching is required, build files usine PMS numbers, not 4 color process values. Always supply a proof for color matching. If a proof is unavailable, a pdf position is mandatory.
Application Specific
Illustrator
It is preferred to build the files in CMYK with images EMBEDED, not linked. Simply place images and save file as .ai, or .eps. Send all high resolution links as well. Convert ALL text to outlines.
Photoshop
It is preferred to build the files in CMYK. Please refer to the chart on the next page to determine necessary resolution.
QuarkXpress
WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS FORMAT
Corel Draw
Corel Draw It is preferred to build the files in CMYK with images EMBEDED, not Linked. Convert all text to outlines (especially if from PC platform). Export final files as Illustrator .eps or .ai file.
Indesign
It is preferred to build the files in CMYK. Please make sure to include all placed images, logos, fonts and other elements.
Freehand
It is preferred to build the files in CMYK. Please make sure all fonts and linked files are provided.

File Resolution Tips
RESOLUTION
Please keep in mind the size and intended viewing distance of the graphic you are having us produce. Giant billboards, building wraps, ect. may only need to be 20 to 50 dpi at full scale and will look great, whereas mall posters, duratrans, ect., may need a higher resolution (75 - 100 dpi) is justified for closer viewing distances.

FTP Uploading
FTP
We recommend using Cyberduck or Filzilla when uploading files, as they are the most user friendly. You can always contact us if you need assistance with this. You will use the login information below to access the FTP Server, and then all you have to do is drag and drop. It's as easy as that*.

Please followup your upload with an email or phone call to let us know that you have uploaded your artwork for proof and print.

FINALLY:
Finally we will make sure your artwork is ready for print and we will proof the artwork back to you to make sure that size, color, material and quantities are all correct before we finally hit print. Our quality control ensures that you get what you pay for. Doing it better means quality first!
